The notebook was not as attractive as I had hoped -- it will be out on a shelf, so appearance is important to me.

Service & Delivery comments:

My office unpacked the box while I was away on vacation, so I cannot describe the packing. However, the three binders of this style all had bent covers -- the cardboard inside the plastic must have been damaged by other things in the box. Also, it was so banged around that the rings were bent so that they did not meet. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Started falling apart quickly

Got this binder to replace one that was falling apart. It started tearing at the bottom edge near the rings on the inside after only a month. The rings work great and have an easy-open/close tab. It looks like it would be really sturdy, but it isn't as durable as I thought it would be.
