this is quite ironic to have received this e mail this evening. My son ( who uses it for school) just wrote a letter to the corporate office in reference to this binder. we have had continuous problems with this binder, both the 1 1/2 inch and the 2 inch every time we purchase them. the d rings become uneven and rip all the loose leaf pages, and makes it virtually impossible to manipulate the pages. horrible construction. Do you make it this way so we have to buy more every few weeks?
