            This item does have a label insert but it is not the length of the spine. We do have this binder that is clear overlay so you can insert a cardboard insert down the spine. Sku # is 398214 1-1/2" Avery® Durable View Binder with Slant-D Rings, Black- please note the overlay is also part of front cover so you can personalize the cover as well. Thanks
