Very durable for frequent usage

I use them for organizing monthly reports, financial records, education class ciriculum and all of my office documents that don't have to be locked in file cabinets. I have them categorized with spine lables for quick easy view access. I am frequently opening the rings to insert more docs or change out docs. I can also put cover sheets on when taking them out of the office for presentations, which looks spiffy. I have several shelves in my office lined with them and use them for my Board of Directors manuals as well. I have now started using them at home. Great way to keep paperwork organized. My only complaint is that they have gotten too expensive and I have trouble justifying the purchase for our non-profit agency. I tried to get a volume discount from the local store, however, because I am not a teacher for the school district I could not get approval.

I now HAVE to go to [...]to get an In expensixe 1/2 binder because Staples no longer stocks them. Why buy a 1/2" binder for [$]bucks when I can get 2 for the same price @ the [...] as I used to with Staples?The Store manager @ 2 locations stated that I could still get them on the website lol!

Thank you for making this binder in the 1/2" size. Many presentations, etc. require the smaller rings, not needing to bump up to the 1" binder. Stores well. Front visible envelope for documents title is a bonus.

I still prefer the "Better" binders, but they were not in stock. These are good, solid binders, easy to customize with my own covers and spines. I wish more colors had been available.

Have used these notebooks in varying sizes for years. Were great for policy and procedure manuals in clinical laboratory setting as well as for administrative purposes. Since retiring have used for consulting jobs, personal financial projects and fun project.
