              Great for Comparative Market Analysis for Real Estate, other models of the same type also have an additional pocket in the rear for contracts but the 100-120pg. capacity is more than enough for most CMA's for real estate professionals.

                I have about used this product for 5 years,between 200-250 per year. But this year have not been able to receive shipments from on-line orders; Avery product is always shipped instead of the Staples product that I want!

                  The binder is very nice and sturdy. The only comment would be that you should not use a color background for the cover page that inserts into the front of the binder. It's not completely clear so it takes away from the color. Best with a white background cover.
