This is the preference of binders by my three children, who have used them, one per class, throughout high school. The "view" feature allows for customization for a class, or for easy viewing of a schedule or assignment, which can be tucked behind the protective exterior.

If it weren't for scratches & scuffs from a year of wear & tear, these binders could be used more than once. They were chosen by my older two children this year to take to college.

I am very torn over this product. I have used many of them. However, when I started thinking about how many of them may go into the garbage I began to look for other choices. Being a teacher, I watch these binders take a beating and keep on working. Quality and value wise they are great, but at the end of the year I watch students by the hundreds just in my own school throw them into the trash barrels. There has to be a solution to stay organized, but be more eco-friendly in the end.

These binders are good for every day use. I won't recommend for long time use or heavy usuage. But if you are going to use to present and keep document in order, this binder is great for that.

Does this binder have rivets on the back cover and/or spine? I intend on including inserts in these locations and do not want the rivets to block anything.
