This binder has a plastic sleeve on the front and back to "customuze" by placing sonething under the plastic cover.
This is the only difference between the other binder that we had purchased.

I use the binder to contain a 400+ page book I have written, and I give it to friends. It's a good binder overall. Sometimes the two halves of the rings are a bit uneven when they close. By that I mean that when I run my finger over the closed rings, it is sometimes a little rough (I can feel the uneven overlap). This means that the pages of my book could possibly snag on the rings.
