I have tried a few times to register this item on the website, each time it says to try again later. It takes quite awhile to fill in all those fields, only to have to do it again later with no success. Still haven't registered it.

Don't know how to rate the replacement program, haven't had to use it yet. But considering how many routers I am burning through, I'm sure I'll get to try out the replacement coverage soon.

My headphones broke while I was wearing it. One ear piece fell out. I called to get a replacement. The person said the warranty is invalid because it's broken. Staples would only replace it from wear and tear only. Huh?? I spoke with 2 different people who had no clue what they were talking about. I demanded the supervisor's number. The supervisor said no problem and sent me a cash card of the same value. I wasted 3 hours on the phone, and the supervisor took care of me in 5 minutes.
