    The world has waited along time for this one. I've used this 1/2 page format 25 years and never saw such a good binder this size. Have a ream of paper cut at the copies n/print center then get those 1000 pages 3 hole punched for computer printing. Perfect for saving e-mails in hardcopy. Get a Day-Timers 3 hole punch for superior hole punching in this format. Shop 2nd hand stores like [...] for great Day Planners cheap like $3. then use Harbor Tools long handled snippers to cut out the extra 4 rings so you get great 3 ring Day Planners for peanuts. Use these new Staples binders to store your stuff and save your dated material in storage. Then get Brother Co label printers to print your spine names. Wow what a great combo with all these tools. R/E agents, insurance agents and other sales people need all this stuff. Kyle

    It was an OK binder. I had a coupon and it was on sale so I thought I would give them a try. Not bad...just noticed when I filled it and set it on the shelf if kind of leans unlike the other one beside it that's made of a harder plastic. However they are really cute. :)

      Perfect for organizing recipes! The size was exactly what I was looking for. Excellent as a gift for my daughter who will be going to college soon. Very durable for constant opening and closing of the rings and surprising room for lots of pages and dividers. Sturdy rubber reinforcment on the spine means it won't fall apart,but still allows her to lay it flat or stand it up for viewing. Plastic cover is great for easy cleaning and decorating or personalizing it any way she would like.

        I had put together a family cookbook for my grand-daughter last April as a wedding present & I searched the web and all our local stationary stores to find small, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, binders. I looked for 1 1/2 in but they were unavailable anywhere but on the speciality binder sites or in quantities of 50 or more. I purchased one at the local office supply store but it was very full by the time I finished. So when I decided to make 3 more as Christmas gifts I was faced with the same problem. I looked on Staples web-site & decided to try this one. Although this binder is 1", it works really well. It held the same number of pages and was not crowded at all. It also opened much easier with the touch of one finger. All in all it was just the binder I needed. Thank you Staples!!!
