    As soon as I saw the Staples Better Binder, I KNEW that they would be perfect to hold photos of my products to hand out to my customers. Several years ago I bought dozens of them for that purpose and they still look great. ( I am so tired of seeing binders that get out of shape and rip. )I, and my customers can be proud to show my product to their customers. When I saw the better binder in the smaller size, I had to buy one. (But there needs to be more filler paper options to purchase for them)

    Went to Staples to get 20 of these binders. They didn't have 20, but were kind enough to place an "on-line" order with free shipping. Can't complain about that. Problem was several binders wouldn't open correctly. So back to the store. First they wanted me to send them back by mail, because I had ordered them online. But I said you ordered them online from here at your store. Took a bit of convincing, but manager finally relinquished. As they should, since all I wanted was to exchange the few that malfunctioned. Besides the extra gas and time, and the determination I had to exhibit. The binders are fine.......would give the rating of the binders alone a higher rating. But the hassle gets a demerit or two.

                  The first ring is 2 inches down, the rings are spaced 3 inches apart, and the last ring is 2 inches from the bottom.
