    Did lots of research, and decided on the MX892 from Canon.
    Had I known that they have the best support I have encountered in years,
    in Virginia, with terrific support people, I would have decided much sooner,
    Folks, it is so refreshing to speak to very friendly, competent CS people
    right here at home. And they are available to us during the entire warranty
    period of one year.
