            Standard forms, I just wish they were sold individually or in smaller packages. Only needed one form and had to purchase a package of 25. A lot of wasted forms and money since they weren't all needed. The forms themselves were good quality and the transmittal form was included which is a plus

                          Yes, you it can be used for 2012. The 1099 forms do not have a year on them because they can be used for any year in the 2000s (you will see it on the form as 20XX). It's helpful because it means the IRS does not have to create new forms yearly.
