Comments about 12"(L) x 10"(W) x 4"(H)- Staples® Multi-Depth Corrugated Shipping Boxes:

I have used these boxes in the past, however the last shipment of 25 were an INFERIOR product. The supplier for these should be fired. The boxes are cut crooked, they are glued crooked (when there is glue), and they are extremely difficult to make into a rectangular box without cutting edges, trimming the flaps with scissors, and unglueing the area where they attach to themselves, and having to tape ALL of the edges to make a secure shipping box. They look bad as a final product, which reflects on my business. Customers have asked me if I am using previously used shipping boxes. I know we all need to cut costs, but someone needs to look at the quality control of these. I am disappointed in Staples for lowering their quality of an item. I will not buy these anymore from Staples, and unfortunately, they are not a store item, so buying 'sight unseen' is the only way a business can purchase these. Bad Staples, bad!! Go back to the origingal supplier you used for so many years. Thank You.
