My computer crashed and had to re-install the program. I have the Product Key and now is telling me that I have used the maximum number of licensed installations reached. I only put in on my personal laptop and my laptop at work. Since my personal laptop crashed, trying to re-install in not an option at this point. Tried calling Staples, but got the person telling me I need to contact the manufacturer directly. I have tried numerous times but to no avail. Getting very frustrated and wondering if the company even exist.
