These e-mails are great to save on the computer, but being not all of our members use or have computers, so a paper file was needed for reference and copying. This binder with tabs inserted really came in handy.

    The rings open only by pressing the lever, and 2 of three were out of alignment after the first use. The furthest from the lever was the worst. I did some adjustment with two sets of pliers and it's now serviceable.
    Each inside cover has two sets of pockets. I used this binder as a photo album, so the pockets are a convenient place to keep maps, brochures, and (gasp!)negatives.

          I picked up one that was heavy duty but not the one touch and its a world of difference. You would have to use both top and bottom to open and it did not close right after extended time. But this one works great I fill the entire binder over the year and never have problems.

            I used to own a business and had many 2" and 3" binders with presentations and instructions. They were heavy and difficult to handle, because the covers kept slipping diagonally and the pages would stick and not turn over smoothly. Since the rings are mounted on the back rather than the spine, there isn't any slipping. Also, the rings allow the pages to turn easily and lie flat. The lever for opening the rings is very easy, smooth and the rings don't snap.
