What a great find.

As secretary for an active organization, I was collecting minutes and e-mails from four different sources. These e-mails are great to save on the computer, but being not all of our members use or have computers, so a paper file was needed for reference and copying. This binder with tabs inserted really came in handy.

The rings open only by pressing the lever, and 2 of three were out of alignment after the first use. The furthest from the lever was the worst. I did some adjustment with two sets of pliers and it's now serviceable.
Each inside cover has two sets of pockets. I used this binder as a photo album, so the pockets are a convenient place to keep maps, brochures, and (gasp!)negatives.

Comments about 2" Avery� Heavy-Duty Binder with One Touch� EZD� Rings, Green:

Seems to work well for frequent additions and deletions of documents organized by date, most recent to least recent, and retention of additional end-of-year documents at the back of the binder. Also the shape of the rings allows for easy opening and closing of the covers over the documents, without resorting to sheet lifters to keep the papers from getting curled around the rings.
