Bought because of price and glowing review and promise of sales rep that all you had to do was bring it in and didn't need box or anything except sales receipt and proof of purchase of warranty for 2 full years. When printer died, I was "directed" to box and send back to manufacturer at my expense since the manufacturer's warranty was still in effect.
