This was purchased for a GPS unit which the maps go out of date every few years. This coverage would allow me to trade in the GPS unit for a new one with new maps already installed.

When we had trouble with our computer not responding, we tried to call the 800 number. You can't actually get a person on that number and it tells you to go to their website. But my computer was working so I couldn't go to the website. This is not user friendly.
