Don't even waste your money

      Comments about Federal Warranty 2-year Complete Care Basic Protection Plan ($1000+):

      I got a laptop as a going off to college gift and my grandpa made sure I had a service plan that would protect my computer. And then it didn't. Staples uses a third party that refused to fix my normal wear and tear because they claimed I damaged my computer. Even the people at Staples agreed that it was normal wear and tear, but then said that because I couldn't prove that I did not break it, they wouldn't fix it. I got a refund. Complete waste of time and money. Either pay the extra money for the accidental or don't even waste your time.
