            Played ring around the rosie with Customer Service and the Warrenty Dept for a good part of the afternoon .

            The Result::
            Call back in a few days and check to make sure that I am in the system if not they will pursue it .

                  I have purchased plans from Staples in the past. The ones I purchased in the store I was able to register online and file a claim online. But the one I bought online, I could not register online or file a claim online. How much sense does that make? I was a real hassle to register and I can't imagine the issue it will be if I have to file a claim!

                      2 Motherboards, 4 Harddrives, CPU, All Memory, Power supply, 30+ hours on phone with techs, 2 times computer sent to tech center for repair,
                      Had to buy Win7 new in box because your Recovery Disks will not work after replacing so much
                      hardware, (no longer recongnizes it as same pc)After 5 & 1/2 months I still have a non fuctioning
                      Computer But Staples won't replace bacause its not
                      "COST EFFECTIVE" for them
