    product was was recieved with no metal bars to hang the clothes on and had to call customer service twice , first rep disconnect me .,

      We bought these boxes to begin packing up our closets for our imminent move. The boxes [...] and were easy to assemble, however, they didn't quite align correctly--and I tried really hard to make sure that everything was square. They seem to be durable enough and didn't get spongy or weak during the unseasonably humid day we had even being stored in the garage.
