    Staples policies have become more complex and irritating. I picked up the wrong planner and used my coupons, I had to return the incorrect planner but Staples will not refund the coupons due to 1. it has expired (the coupon was valid for 2 days) and 2. there was a manager override.

      I have multiple schedules to juggle for kids' work and spouse's schedules. There are no on-line calendars have this type of scheduling feature in columns which I like. I am also not a fan of the 'mommy' schedulers that are flowery and pink, so I appreciate the look of this scheduler!

        It is a great appointment book even though it is quite expensive, I've often thought about getting on the computer and creating my own, however each year I continue to buy this planner, another reason is the service that I get when I go to buy my planner. I go to staples because one of the managers, Darrin Jennings always explains why I am going to pay another [$] dollars for the appointment book.
