Desk calendars can be boring, but the pink ribbon reminds us to do many things.... breast exams, fight for research in breast cancer, hug a cancer survivor and think of those whose gone on.

Now for the calendar itself, room to write many appointments, birthdays, anniversaries, and other important events. Room on the side for monthly reminders or events... (for example, I say to change the furnace filters and apply flea medication to the pets).

Since the pages are made from recycled paper, the calendar is GREEN!

I usually buy the stiky yellow colored calendar mat but I liked that this one has the breast cancer logo on it. I most enjoy the side panel for not taking. Yes I have Outlook for appointments but this one is right there, no need to search for it.

This calendar helps me organize my day, my month, and my year. I plug in all the birthdays, appointments and "must dos" from my last year's calender. I do that in November for next year's calendar. Once that is done there is never any danger of my forgetting my tax time, birthdays, meetings and deadlines. This calendar keeps me well organized partly because it is so big. I keep it nailed into the back door so I see it before I leave for the day. Thanks to this calendar I don't overlook important activities
