I normally purchase this calendar but usually has the months tabbed. This one doesn't so I had to put my own in. Otherwise its too time consuming to find a future date for appointments. I'm a private senior advocate who helps multiple seniors with doctors appointments and other life matters. I live by my calendar and must be very efficient to stay on top of my business. I prefer the old fashioned calendar as opposed to using my iPhone 5. This is the only improvement you can make. Otherwise its perfect. Thanks.

We have a photography studio with four main employees who interact with customers. It is easy to see when the studio is in use so that we do not double book the space.

Although our software tracks this information for us, it is sometimes quicker to just use the "book" when on the phone or in a location where we don't have easy computer access.

This appointment book is used in a not-for-profit, medical-type office.

The first two columns are used for two types of test appointments, the third for learning program appointments and the fourth for miscellaneous other appointments and notes.

We color-code (with highlighter) and label the top of each column with the type of appointment.

Ours is not a large enough, nor busy enough office, nor do we have the budget for an electronic system and this meets our needs quite well.
