I purchased these to hold my extra business cards and the business cards of others that I met at meetings rather than stick them in my pocket or jam them in my bag. When I get back to my home office they are together, in neat condition and easily accessible. The pockets also hold notes that I may take at a meeting or the occasional sticky note of someone who does not have a business card on them. Again, these pockets keep all those odds and ends pieces of paper neat and organized. I am pleased in that they do the job that I purchased them for, I am on a tight budget with a start up business and I have to make every dollar count!

As club secretary, I use it to hold monthly notes, agendas, and minutes. The pockets hold membership forms, brochures, event flyers, etc. It keeps me organized until I can transcribe the minutes. Everything I need is at my fingertips.
