I bought two for my kids (5th graders). One doesn't close properly and the other has already ripped after a few weeks. I probably should have purchased a more expensive binder.

First day I used the binder the seams tore.
Had to reinforce with packing tape. No time to play with returns. Would spend the extra $$ to get a D-ring, higher quality product.
Will not reorder same.
