The tech support was very disappointing because they were not very knowledgable on my HP product or Vista. Kept referring me to call HP. I purchased this extended warranty not just for the repairs but for the Tech Support. Now HP Tech Support was excellent !! $10 difference more for the same coverage, well worth it !!
