I would absolutely recommend getting this coverage. I had to use it on my last office chair when the fabric had some tears on it and the arms loosened up and almost fell off. When I called they quickly sent me a card to go get a replacment and it covered everything but the tax no questions asked.

Your chair is going to rip, wear, and break. As long as you can remember that you purchased the plan when it breaks in two years, the plan is definitely worth it.

We bought the chair and furniture protectin plan a year ago. The arm on the chair broke, so I called staples to place a claim. They issued a card and I will have a new chair in a few days. Thank you Staples.

We use our office chair everyday, sometimes my husband will sit here for hours doing some computer work and he does not have any complantes.I use just as often and we could not have had a better choice. The sales person who sold the chair to us was very knowledgeable, about all the diffrent styles and modles that are sold at our Staples.
