I cannot believe that a chair that had a lifetime warranty which did not hold up was replaced by a chair with a 5 year warranty at a cost. The chair with the 5 yr warranty did not hold up, so it was replaced by a chair with a 3 year warranty.

What ever happend to the LIFE TIME WARRANTY?
