Worth every penny warranty

I've had this warranty coverage with 2 laptops and it was definitely worth it. One computer developed glitches after the factor warranty had expired and staples tech support was friendly, prompt & reliable.

Beware it doesn't cover the battery

Although nowhere in the plan literature does it tell you this - the battery is considered a consumable and they will not cover it.

This service plan is amazing, if you do not get it, then you do not deserve the product because people who don't get them always are stuck with broken products and give the staples employees a hard time even though it was offered to them. So if you don't get it you are crazy, this plan offers everything, screen protection, any repairs you will need.
