        A:

        This item does not have a label holder and it does not have clear overlay to insert label in spine. We do have 3" d-ring durable binders from Avery that have label holders but they do not come in blue. We have in white in black in the durable series (114207 white, 768192 black) we have blue item # is 434657 but this item is heavy duty blue view binder with d-rings. Thanks
