Q: I am not one to nit pick, but I noticed that you earlier referred another customer to the Staples return policy when they inquired about the "Guaranteed for life" statement. On the product tour for this product linked from the white color, it does specifically state the product is "Guaranteed for life". So is this an honored policy or is it misadvertised? The 'Guaranteed for Life ' feature does not appear on the page that I can see. Staples offers a great return policy, they want customers to be 100% satisfied with purchases.
