I have a small kitchen pantry in which all is neatly organized on each shelf with lables. The problem was that I had a broom sitting on the bottom of the closet and just leaning against the door. Each time i would open the door to this very organized small pantry to get something off one of the labeled shelves - this broom ( with a mind of its own) would come flying out at me and either fall on the floor or hit me in the head. It was quite dangerous. The I saw these Command Hooks advertised at Staple and I though , "This is just what I need". The hooks were easy to apply - what a Wonder!! - I no long get attacked by this broom. It is now safe to open the pantry door!! Thank you Staples.

The hooks have glue backing so makes a good stick when applying it to the wall. They are sturdy so can hang fairly heavy items on it. They are clear so the color blends in with the surroundings and not loud. They make good hooks for hanging your hats and caps. It was a good idea to make the first purchase free so that you can try the product out to see if you really like it or not. This way you get to try it out before purchasing addtional ones. As it was, I liked the product so ended up buying more.

I use Command hooks and strips all over my house to hang pictures. So when I decided to hang plates in my dining room to decorate for Christmas, I bought a package of clear Command hooks. I followed the directions, wiping the wall with alcohol and pressing the hook for the suggested time. Then I waited 24+ hours before hanging anything. Some of the hooks fell off during the wait period and the one that I did test a plate on fell off immediately. I'm glad I put a chair under th plate to keep it from breaking. As it is my new decorative plate was chipped. I don't know if the glue strips were bad or what, but I was very disappointed and had to use nails to hang the plates.

These were the perfect item to use to hang our Christmas garland. They went up easily and came done easily with no sticky residue left behind. I have since used them to hang calendars, dish towels, the really big ones to hang towels. I even used them to hang some light curtains on a painted plaster wall to cover a window that has no frame - somewhere that I previous couldn't hang anything because the nails/screws for traditional hooks would just chip the plaster. These are an amazing product and I will buy more.
