Before I bought and installed them, the keyboard sat on top of the desk right in your work area. You had to constantly move the keyboard out of your way to process files. When you did use the keyboard it was akward and uncomfortable. I now have a clutter free work area and am comfortable when doing data entry.

This drawer has made my life so much easier. The key board is out of the way, but easily accessable; with the added bonus of a slideout mouse pad.

I have used a underdesk keyboard drawer for years and like the heavy duty hardware for this model. Many come with plastic hangers and after awhile they break. This keyboard drawer is nice but I cant give it the best review because unless the keyboard on set on the lowest hanging setting you cannot close the drawer because the mouse tray hits the bracket. The two higher settings are useless to me unless I move my mouse (store elseware) and close the tray every time I want to slide the tray in under my desk.

This is an overpriced (like most drawers are) but good product.

The description says it is 25" wide but it is only 23" and the useable width is about 21". That disappointed me because at 25" useable width, the mouse would have also fit on the drawer.

There is a separate slide out mouse tray which works well but as another user said, the drawer will only slide under the desk if it is in the lowest of 3 positions. If you are never going to use the lowest position, you could cut the bracket so it slides under while in the upper drawer height positions.

Very easy to install with the template, a drill and a screwdriver. And the design of the mounting system is great because you can adjust the height without completely dis-mounting and re-mounting the brackets. You simply move the shelf up and down on the notched brackets.

Not that easy to install as it requires drilling. It is bulky and I had to hire someone to install it. So the cost is not just the tray, but also installation, unless you are handy with a drill and holding a large object in the air while you drill. The tray itself is fine. I like that it has three settings. But the mouse cord keeps getting caught up in the backet which is VERY annoying.

It is large and you must install it way to the left because of the pull out for your mouse. But it is comfortable with the gel wrist rest.
