I was very disappointed with this "heavy duty" binder. My son is supposed to use a 3" binder for middle school to carry all subject matter. We bought the 4" binder thinking it would be put under less stress. Within one month, the binder cover was tearing off and the rings no longer closed evenly. Duct tape is holding it together.

      Within 24 hours this binder was no longer holding papers. The rings just had no pressure to them. I purchased this binder to keep the medical records of an individual in place. This book needs to be very, very sturdy as it is used frequently. In fact, we need many of these books, as we have a group home where adults with disabilities have many records we need to keep.
      I would love to find such a binder.

            I use this binder for my coupons, and while it's big enough to hold everything, the flat sided rings mak it hard to turn the pages easily and the cover flaps around and makes it hard to carry. I would prefer just the regular 2 inch design just need the 4inch rings. .
