    I got this set as a free gift for making a $200 purchase. The tumblers seems to be okay, able to hold the liquid warm/cool but not that efficent. My major complaint was the Lids. There is a small tiny cap that snap on the drinking portion of the lid to close it completely in order to maintain the temperature. However the ability to snap-on because of 2 small plastic extensions. These extension break VERY EASILY!! Without the extensions, the snap on is basically broken. And the drinking portion of the lid cannot be close therefore unable to maintain the temperature. this makes the whole idea of maintaining the temperture totally useless. Customer rep was nice and helpful in replacing my order. what can you expect? it was a free gift afterall. I would of gone crazy if I were to buy this for its value ([$]).
