The ones I use most are to organize and store my children's completed school work. It is high capacity, very easy to open/close, sturdy and rings close evenly. A whole school year fits in one. It worked so well last year that I decided to use it again this year. I found them a bit expensive ([$]) compared to purchasing two 3" binders ($11 each=$22) but I wanted to have a single binder for each child.

I use the binder to hold all the photos, documents, and work sheets of one of my family lines. I will be needing to purchase another just like it soon. I was able to personalize the binder by slipping an 8X10 picture on the front.
