these are proving to work well for shipping tiny items. they do easily convert to the smaller size and if you use a box cutter and scissors, you can easily resize and eliminate some of the overlapping flaps. overlap the bottom not the top and you have a good presentation. your buyer will not care about overlapping flaps as someone thought it wasn't professional looking. i assure you it's fine.

these boxes are ok for small lightweight items which is what i bought them for. but they are comparatively soft and very easily bent, which is ok since they are adjustable size and you might have to bend/ fold them to make smaller. They feel more like stock boxes than shipping boxes in terms of their rigidity. i previously used a different brand that was much stiffer / stronger so this is what i'm comparing to. That other brand was slightly more spendy. For the price, i think this box in the smaller sizes gets away with it ok, but i don't expect a high level of strength in case it was crushed under a heavy weight in post office transit etc.

After ordering online,I waited and waited to see an email, to come get my item; i even "searched" my inbox, but ther ewas NO notification it had arrived for pickup at the store. i only got their ads... til i finally called to enquire . they had to look for my order, then they found it. they had wasted 11 days of my 2-week pickup window, and the store told me they couldn't officially give extra time, due to corporate rules, even though it was their fault. That's pretty darn shabby treatment. The store person told me the online system should have sent me an email as soon as the item was (scanned) on arriving at the store. It snowed today so had to put off another day, of the very few left to pickup. I haven't actually picked it up yet, I only called them today. But needed to tell on them ;)

Problem was with 8x6x4, not 6x4x4 (but I wasn't given a chance to review that box).

The bottom flaps work properly, but the top flaps overlap by 1/2" to 5/8" so they can't be sealed tightly. I'm afraid they'll come open in shipment. The overlap makes the box look really cheap, and therefore makes my use of them look bad. Don't want to use the rest of them.
