6 were shipped to me and one was broken in the box. I called Staples to get this resolved. Will either take the credit or send another bulb. No response yet!

I have to agree with the other commenter. Very disappointed in these bulbs. Such a tradegy the way the companies making bulbs, do so in such as way you are lucky to get a year out of them. Used to be you could go 10 years plus.

We have 6 can lights in our kitchen and my previous box of a different brand of lights lasted about 10 years. When that box ran out, I replaced the bulbs with these and the new box has lasted less than 1 year, that's right, less than a tenth of the time for the same number of bulbs. While the prior bulbs were the 75 watt variety that Congress saw fit to outlaw, they were a much better value and cost me less even though they burned a bit more electricity.

At least these lights provide more illumination than the CFL bulbs that resemble a eastern European stairwell.
