                  My computer battery back up needed a replacement battery insert, it was easy to find on the Staples website. Order and delivery to the local store were a snap. Installing the battery went okay, a little struggle getting the old connections off and the new ones on. Now, I just have to find where I can safely recycle the old battery:(
