    AT&T is a quality product and we needed to replace a 4-line phone. Our last AT&T worked well for more than 10 years, with very heavy use. So, I went with AT&T again despite the higher price tag.

    if more than one phone is purchased for business office, there is a problem in privacy. when receiving or making calls, one must pick up line and press priacy immediately or whom ever else picks up same line in your office will cut in on call or hear your conversation. once privacy button is pressed and you put on hold for someone else to pick up, they can not answer until you press privacy cancellation. we purchased 6 phones and have 4 people and it has caused problems when we answer our patients" calls. they hear several voices at the same time, this feature can not be eleminated.

      We own four of these phones, bought for the office. Call transfer works well and the phone was easy to install and program. The only major feature that was a disappointment is speaker phone. The speaker itself is very load however the mic does not work well at all unless you talk directly in to it, so the person who you are talking to cannot hear you.(what is the point in even using speaker phone?)

        We couldn't get the message light to work and someone down the hall says her message light never goes off. That's the main feature we need on a phone, so we're returning all four that we bought for our department. The hunt continues.....
