We use our phones for small business, we have to type a lot while speaking on the telephone, the handset is perfect for this task.

Conference call feature does not work. Volume does not adjust well. When you turn it up to hear, the caller at the other end gets clicking and distortion. When you turn it down to remove that problem, you cannot hear.

We just ordered and began using these phones last week, and I like them very much. It would be nice if they came with a shoulder rest, however.

We use this in a home office situation. It is very easy to setup. Sound quality is very good. One touch dialing is eay to use.

We are a new small business and purchased the AT&T 974 phones when we started a year ago. Last week we purchased the newer version of the smame phone: 1070. Unfortunatly this phone is not compatable with our 974 phones. It does not transfer calls or intercom to our 974 phones, which is the feature we really needed. We are VERY disappointed with AT&T changing their models so fast without this important feature. I would not recommend this phone system if you ever want to add on phones in the future.

I bought this phone and the speaker (microphone) does not work. I have since had 6 (SIX!!!) replacements from ATT and not one of them works. Not one. All have the same problem--I can hear fine through the speaker, but other people can't hear me. They send me phone after phone but none of them works. I would NEVER buy this phone again.
