Bought it for call transfer and it has no call transfer button or any instructions on using call transfer. Otherwise, a good phone so far.

It was a basic phone to use in our home - we rely mostly on our cell phones now...but the quality of this unit is poor. The sound quality is really bad.

Purchased the unit for our business, but units picked up to much feedback from the Wifi signals. Plus static in the lines were horrible. I don't know if we got a bad batch, but the quality is not At&t.
