Not the best phone for an office

I have purchased two of these phones thus far. It is used in our business. Both of the phones that I have purchased had problems and had to be returned. The caller ID screen quits working after a few weeks to a month. All I get are black squares on the ID screen. I would not recommend this phone to anyone and I certainly won't purchase another one.

Over all this product is very well made and very solid i use it in my home office for genral personal
use i have serveral Desk phones made by others but by far this is the best it is a very solid and durable product and should last a long time

    I own three at&t 992 phones, when looking for a fourth I found the model was replaced by the 993, they appear identical in function, layout is similar, and all have been flawless. Excellent construction, usability, and value.

      I've been using this phone for over a year now and it is still running strong. A few years back, I had the earlier model of this phone but when it finally died I bought a less expensive model. That was a mistake. Spend the few extra dollars on this phone for clear sound and good speakerphone capability for the smaller office.
