For the price, you can't do much better than this phone. It's the second one of the series I've owned and it's ideal for my small office. Two lines, speed dialing, conferencing, easy-use display for tracking calls, and very intuitive...even the soft-touch buttons feel good. All in all, a nice package at a great price.

Bought to service home and business lines in house. Reasonable quality for price. Performs as expected. Programming function requires lots of button pushes but it works.

I work from home quite often and needed a good corded phone with a strong speaker phone that didn't require a battery. Though the manual states to use a battery, it's not needed, just plug in the power supply and it works great. But if a power failure occurs and a battery is not used, all your entries in the Call History and Directory will be lost. Overall a great phone and I'm glad I got it.
