hard to find the hold button, hard to figure what line to pick up or if it's actually on hold, hardest to bet the right #'s pushed the 1st time

I thought this phone had all the features I wanted until I was setting it up and discovered no rapid dial keys. Recalling a directory and dialing from that is okay but not too efficient for frequently dialed numbers.
