I really like the different ring tones that you can select. You have some nice one on there. It was very easy to setup. I do alot of conference 3 way calling so that raly good. The quality is good and the volume is good also. The daiing number are a good size. The speaker is very clear, like I said before I am very satfied with this phone sytem and I would diffiently recommend this phone system to a friend. the price was right with the rebate. I think I got a very good deal. Thank you.

My old cordless phone finally gave up the ghost after 20 years, picked this one up as a cheap home phone as(like most people) the majority of my phone use is cellular. Good price, has decent sound quality, haven't left them off the base units long enough to find out how long the batteries last yet. My only drawback would be the handheld's user menus. Trying to check the caller ID and delete old call numbers is anything but intuitive, had to look up the directions online. But the digital voicemail on the home base unit is one button playback, one button delete, so that's a good thing. Overall, well worth the price.

Callled ATT to trouble shoot. Establiched a bad Battery. after waisting a lot of time on phone,they agreed to send me a replacement. I hope this will solve the problem. Otherwise I eill have to return the phone.

        Bought phone as Christmas gift. One phone would not charge after 2 weeks in use and Staples refuse to exchange. Would not shop at staples again. If If I could rate no star, that is what I would rate this product and Staples.

          I bought this phone to do remote computer support. It is hard to operate a computer with only one hand free. So it was VERY important to me that the phone have a headset jack. This allows me to remotely control the clients' computer from mine as if I were in front of it.

          I have not even tried this phone because I was so disappointed with the lack of a phone jack. It has been unpacked and the batteries charged about a week ago. Today, I planned to check it out again and the handset battery was already discharged.

              It was clearance item. It was definitely worth the price. I did see it on Staple's website for a couple of dollars less.

              Nice feature that you can set up different ring tones.......even different ring tones for each hand set.

              The only feature that that may be a little annoying is that it doesn't automatically clear the miss calls. It just keeps tallying them.

              And then clear them you have go through the menu and scroll a bit to find the function to clear all calls.

              I might be doing wrong but I couldn't find another function to clear miss calls.
