This phone is a pile of discounted garbage. You can't get a clear line on it, hold a 3 way conversation, pull phone numbers and redial easily. You have degraded a great phone line. This was our 7th ATT Phone. Now, we have to start shopping other lines. We are returning it. Each day becomes another issue. Tech support is a joke. Your manual is confusing and online support doesn't exist. Everyone is trained to do VOIP and this phone requires an ethernet connection when the store said it did not. We have multiple lines that needed to be plugged in and it has drained Internet power. It gobbles up Internet access, especially when the other person is on a wireless or VOIP phone. Bad design.

This phone is junk and Staples will not
give you any assistance after 30 days. We have been trying to work out the bugs for the past 30-60 days to no avail. Calls are dropped. You can't use the cordless that they suggest you buy with it if you need 2 phones. DO NOT BUY THIS. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.

This phone might seem good at first but once it's in use you will soon realize that it is about as useful as a paper holder. We are always loosing calls from our customers. We will go to answer the phone and it will hang up on them. Some customers will try and call 4 times before they will finally get through. We have the cordless phones that go with this desk top phone and you can't transfer from one to the other. Good luck trying to figure out how to put a customer on hold and picking it up on another desk top phone. You have to press like 5 buttons to put someone on hold to turn the privacy off. You can't put someone on hold and thne transfer them. We will completely loose either line 1,2 or 3 and have to unplug the phone to reset it. On hold music is horrible and can't be turned off. Would not recommend this phone to anyone. AT&T has some issues they need to work out with this phone.
