        I was skeptical to try this headset because I've always had corded headsets in the past, but the wireless linkup is easy and reliable. Unit is very comfortable to wear. Callers say they cannot tell I'm on a headset - the voice quality is the same as a regular handset. The one thing I wish I could do from the headset would be to dial out, but you can't have everything; and at this price, it's still a great value.

        I had to return this product to the store because it required the more expensive base (this is only the expansion, be aware of this!). However the main problem would apply to the main base unit.

        It was just too large for my small female ears. This made it uncomfortable.

        Another guy at the office loves it, so this is subjective. It just won't fit everyone.

        Over-the-ear fitting is uncomfortable. Liked having over-the-head and around-the-neck options. Can't reduce volume enough so I may have to add padding in earpiece. Mute button badly placed and easily triggered. Don't like to hit "on" button with every call. But it's reasonably priced, has a clean look and good clarity.

            Unfortunately it is not compatible. I did find a couple headsets that are compatible with the CS6219-2; item 691277, and item 514264. Type the item number in the search bar to bring up the product information.

            Unfortunately, it is not. It is only compatible with AT&T DECT phones. The AT&T 993 uses a 2.5 mm headset connection, and we do not carry any wireless headsets with this type of connection. If you would like to order a corded headset, item IM1K46113 will be compatible.             Yes. The TL7600 instructions say to use the Locate Handset button to do the pairing but the TL86109 doesn't have one. The Page All Handsets feature doesn't pair either. The trick is to use the Hold button instead. Press it for about 6 seconds with the TL7600 in its charger nearby. (This is probably detailed in the instructions for the TL86109 but who knows where that is. AT&T telephone support was very helpful.)
