    I annually archive old financial records - I need to keep these for a while but do not need ready access to them. These binders are perfect - they have huge capacity (I have 5" from last year in one), they are the same size as the paper so they don't take up a bunch of shelf space, and you can adjust them to fit different paper. For my purposes they're much better than binders, although if I had to access records frequently I'd use a binder. Good for archiving.

    This used to be a very sturdy product that would last to fill it to the maximum capacity. But recently the plastic post have been breaking when the binders have only about 1 to 2 inches of print outs inserted. These print outs are being placed in every day. Also the post are hard to keep down after being bent under the plastic slides.
