I use this stamp to stamp student homework at the beginning of class rather than collecting it. It's a fast and easy way to encourage students to complete their work and earn credit without having to collect all of it. I like the fact that the stamp is pre-inked and good (supposedly) for about 2000 uses. The one thing I don't like is that the star's edges get blurry over time. This is the second stamp I bought because I teach at two places, a prison and a university, and I sometimes forgot to move the stamp from one bag to another.

Waste of money

I purchased this to use in the classroom. It worked great in the beginning, but soon ran low on ink. It was definitely not worth the amount of money I paid for it.

    I use this as a great economical replacement of stickers for my student behavior management system. Just be careful not to drop it as the cap can break of easily.

        The stamper waa great ! I used it to stamp peoples hands for entry at one of my events. I used the same stamper from 9:00pm to 1:00am and it never ran out of ink. I would recommend this product to anyone !

              The last pre-inked stamp I used had a removable top. The lid on this stamp flips open and flips shut. It works really well!

                  Would be 5 stars but dropped stamp in first week & plastic hinge broke off, rendering cap unusable. At this price, cap hinge should be either more durable or stamp should flip up into unit like other self-inking stamps. Now I have to keep the stamp in a plastic bag & hope this keeps it from drying out.

                  Otherwise is a nice stamp. Inks solidly & evenly and is comfortable to use.

                      Yes, the top easily comes off. You simply drop a couple drops of ink down the center of the stamp and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes.
