There are 5 buttons, unlabled, to make adjustments, But no information on how they work.
I went to Tech. services, they could not tell me what each button did or how to get to the menu to make any type of adjustment. I wrote the company and received no reply.
The only corrective suggestion I received from the technician was to return it to the store for exchange or ship it to them for review and repair. Time about 2 weeks. No help

I keep the start up disk in my external drive - and that seems to help the monitor start up every time. I am the kind of user that knows enough to get in trouble, but not enough to know how to solve all tech problems. Love the larger size - and love the brilliant color contract / clear image. What a pleasure to behold.

the instructions assume you know where to find the on-off switch. Very poor printed start-up directions. I called a tech savvy friend tohelp me, and even he had a hard time finding the on-off switch.

I spent more time researching monitors than system units when I recently replaced my aging desktop system. One of our local Staples stores had a display with all the monitors hooked up to display the same images, so it was easy to compare them side by side. This one popped out as the sharpest and nicest colors, and the price was attractive. After researching others' experience with this brand and model, decided to buy it. It has been in service for over a month now, and just as happy with my choice as the day I bought it. Set up was extremely easy, and I'm enjoying the same clarity as the display model.

This monitor's super-slim design sacrifices durability and sturdiness. Upon moving my desk the monitor flipped right off and flopped onto the floor, cracking the display and shattering the chassis. Not sure if a monitor this slim is necessary, unless you are a crewmember onboard the ISS. Great image quality and brightness before i killed it though.

I needed a new wide screen monitor to handle my laptop's secondary screen functionality for my home office. I didn't want to spend a crazy amount of money and this one was sub $200. It is LED backlit and has VGA, DVI, and HDMI inputs. I currently use VGA, but know my next machine will probably have HDMI output for a monitor, so figured this would semi-future proof the monitor. This monitor did not disappoint.
